Formerly Smith’s Boatshed, Mosmans offers a contemporary seafood dining experience with every table enjoying panoramic views of the river, making it the ideal location for any lunch or dinner event. Executive Chef

Born and bred in Queensland, Executive Chef Brad Hatfield ventured as far as Europe, Singapore, Melbourne, Brisbane and even Ayres Rock before finally settling in Perth. Brad describes his cooking style as classic with a modern twist. Culinary influences originally came in the form of Antoine Mossiman, but today he is inspired by Charlie Trotter, Thomas Keller and the new breed of chefs from Spain. Brad believes in having a strong team around him.
