About Red Cabbage
Putting the fine back into fine dining, Red Cabbage restaurant is fast becoming one of South Perth’s dining hotspots with unique fare and rave reviews. The menu’s signature dishes are derived from whatever is fresh and plentiful in our state at the time of each menu change.
Red Cabbage Food + Wine reflects the talents of chef owner Scott O’Sullivan and his chef Adam Sayles. The menu features a lot of seasonal flavours and top notch British cooking, with obvious Australian influences.
The menu can be enjoyed by all guests and the chefs can offer vegetarian alternatives. Upon arrival guests can enjoy a complimentary amuse bouche, which is selected daily by the chefs. Scott likes to call this a “taste of delights to come”.
